My goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. I analyze your body type, BMI, and nutrition to create your individualized fitness plan. 


I'm with you every step of the way.

  

Focusing on your individual strengths and weaknesses, we will work together to improve your full body shape, and improve self confidence.

Nutrition

 You will learn to fall in love with GOOD food!


Working with a set meal plan or with a more flexible dieting approach, we will find a 'diet' (hate that word!) that best suits you and roll with it towards your target. 


Whether its fat loss, muscle gain, or both, we will build together a plan that better suits you for a long term healthier way of life.
 

Bikini Competition Coaching

 For those girlies who have aspirations to compete in Bodybuilding competitions I can offer my first-hand knowledge and experience to work with you 1 on 1 in training for your next (or first!) competition.

I have personally competed in these shows and I can coach you on your road to stage.

I offer both Training, Nutrition & Posing classes but also (More importantly) I'll be there on hand for when the going gets tough, and trust me, it will!
